US SHIPPING

Free express delivery on all orders to US mainland destinations. We cover all import duties & taxes for our US customers.

The delivery time is within 1-5 working days from dispatch.

US customs may delay delivery and require an import form for orders coming from our UK warehouse. You will need to complete this form. There will be no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

Please note, we do not despatch on US bank holidays including over thanksgiving, please allow extra time for your order to be despatched during this period.

You'll get an email with the tracking information once the package has left the warehouse.

If your order is shipped via different warehouses, you will receive separate tracking information.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

DELIVERY DURING SALES PERIODS

Due to the large volume of orders, we receive during sales, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. Please allow for a few extra days for your order to be sent out from our warehouse. UK next day delivery service is not available during sales periods.
