RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

While we hope you’ll always love your order, if your items might not be what you were after we ask that your returns are on their way back to us in the original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, do not have make-up marks and have all tags attached. Where provided, belts and dust bags must also be returned.

US CUSTOMERS

1. All US returns have a shipping and restocking fee of $10.

2. If not already enclosed in your shipment, please contact the team at [email protected] to receive your return label.

3. Record your return tracking number and stick the label on the box. By using this label, you agree for the $10 return shipping fee to be deducted from your refund. You may return the order without the original box if you wish.

4. Ship your return from your local post office back to us. 

5. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss until we receive them at our warehouse

1. Mark clearly "BRITISH RETURN GOODS - CLOTHING" as a description of contents on all custom paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. You can return the order without the original box if you wish. 

2. Please note, if this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

3. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as reference on your return shipping label and invoice.

4. Record your return tracking number.

REFUNDS

Please allow 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.

Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


SWIMWEAR RETURNS

In the interests of both health and hygiene, please ensure all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. Swimwear returns will not be accepted if hygiene stickers have been removed. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met. 


HANDBAG RETURNS

Please make sure to return handbags with tags still attached and all original packaging, including the dust bag and box.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received.


EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, in an alternative size.

Full instructions are provided on the returns sheet, included with your order. Should you wish to receive a different style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note during busy sale periods we are unable to offer exchanges.
