US RETURNS
We accept returns for online orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Where provided, belts and dust bags must also be included as part of the return.
We provide a tracked label for all returns. All US returns have a shipping fee of $10.
HOW TO RETURN
To make a return, please visit our returns portal.
1. Enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
3. Once registered on the portal, we will email a USPS label.
4. Package your items securely and take the parcel to a USPS drop off location
REST OF WORLD
Returns from outside of the UK need to be shipped at your own cost after registering in our returns portal. Package the order securely and lightly using a tracked service with your local post office, original packaging is not required.
CUSTOMS INVOICE
For international returns, you will need to include the name of the product(s) on the customs invoice. Please mark clearly "US RETURN GOODS – [name of product(s)]" as a description of contents on all customs invoice paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.
If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as a reference on your return shipping label and customs invoice.
HOW TO RETURN

3. Select ‘choose your own courier’.
3. Once registered on the portal, we will email confirmation and further instructions.
4. Package your items securely. You can return the order without the original box which will lower the costs significantly.
5. Select a courier and prepare customs invoice. Please mark clearly "US RETURN GOODS – [name of product(s)]" as a description of contents.
6. Please obtain proof of posting and tracking number as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss until we receive them at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
Please allow 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
JEWELLERY RETURNS
Please ensure to return jewellery in all original packaging, including the dust bag and box.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
SWIMWEAR RETURNS
In the interests of both health and hygiene, please ensure all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. Swimwear returns will not be accepted if hygiene stickers have been removed.

HANDBAG RETURNS
Please make sure to return handbags with tags still attached and all original packaging, including the dust bag and box.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, in an alternative size for full priced items only. We do not accept exchanges on sale items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
